Food - Kulcha-e Nowrozi
Kulcha-e Nowrozi is a special snack that was made during the start of Punjab. This food got international
during the 1930s. From there, many other tribes took the original Kulcha and added their own spice into it.
They consist of many old ingredients, varying by each person and country. The name translates to stuffed
bread. The food will look like a cookie but it will have a savory flavor due to the meat inside it.
To be brief, this cuisine is a cookie often made in the new year. To make this cookie first you have to whip
the egg white till it becomes fluffy and add in the egg yolk. Next, you add in oil, syrup, whipped
egg, rose essence, and mix. Then, add rice flour, and mix it with the previous ingredient into the dough. In
due course, use your hand or tools to make the dough into the size and shapes you prefer. Finally, bake
it and you’re finished.
